Community planning is about how public bodies work together, and with local communities, to design and deliver better services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Biggar Community Council
Biggar Community Council is a voluntary organisation set up by statute, by South Lanarkshire Council and run by local residents to act on behalf of all residents of Biggar. As the most local tier of elected representation, Community Councils play an important role in local democracy.
